No worries. Once you pass through the customs, you will be welcomed by Exotic Holiday (Mauritius) airport representative team in the arrival hall. We are easily identifiable with our clip board bearing your name and our logo.

2. How will I meet my chauffeur on my arrival at the airport?

You won’t have to ask this question once you meet our dedicated airport representatives. They welcome you, provide you information through our Arrival Kit and introduce you to your dedicated chauffeur.

3. Is there any emergency contact?

Definitely yes. With Exotic Holiday (Mauritius) by your side from your arrival till your departure, we provide a 24 hour assistance service. All details about the emergency contact will provided to you in your Arrival Kit at the airport.

4. Will there be someone to help us organise our tours?

Exotic Holiday (Mauritius) provides you with a dedicated hotel representative to assist you with information, suggestions, excursion tours booking and ensure that your holiday goes on smoothly.

5. Is it possible to do shopping in Mauritius?

Of course, yes. Being on a multicultural and tropical island make us unique. You can choose from spices, tropical fruits, rhum, tea, souvenir, clothes factory shop, jewelleries to ships models.

6. What will happen to my sea excursion booking in case of bad weather?

In case of bad weather, we will postpone the excursion or find other alternative solutions.
